I bought a vehicle from Ryan and his crew at CFAC back in January. Through an unavoidable fluke, the car ended up needing some work done. Ryan stood beside me every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure that the car was brought back to its original glory and that I was nothing but a satisfied customer. From working directly with the mechanics, navigating the warranty process for me, handling costs himself so we didn't have to held up by warranty paperwork, reassuring my anxiety and dealing with my frustrations, he stayed constant and thorough.The level of integrity, honesty and morality that Ryan showed was way above anything I'd ever expect from a car dealership. He even offered to have me pick whatever car I wanted to drive off of their lot while my vehicle was being repaired.I'll be using CFAC for any and all purchases in the future because they showed again and again that they are truly invested in their customers and their cars. Ryan and team are running a great family run business. Honest, kind, not pushy, and treat you with respect. We had some issues and Ryan was quick to listen to us, communicative through the whole process, and did everything he could to resolve it.If you are looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go. Great customer service and people centered. If you care about supporting local and also being taken care of, this is the place to go for a vehicle.
